Thought of starting a thread & encouraging anyone living at the DZ to share their photos of the life here @ the DZ.

Here's a few to start:

the weather is always an 'issue' if you ONLY look for 'the hole', or blue skies...
yet it's ALL breathtaking (especially with a few filters ;))

the flowers I tried to pick out strategically (within my budget),
tulips wll be protected by the daffodls, which are poisonous to squirrerls, so surrounding them with daffodls should help give this petio side a better view then the garbage pile upon enterng the driveway up to PST, in the past.

the respberries trimmed back helped boost the yeild so she's now laden with berries for you this summer. I wll pick them and brng them over some week end when ther ready. enough there to share with the whole DZ.

they should be giving you berries yearly for a while now agan.
The holes Im digging are for he trees I plan to plant there.
Realizing my strength is fading fasten then i cAn buy and haul the trees home, i wll dig the holes now, and later, the trees will come. if even next spring ((who knows, if i pile cash in my account, would someone plant apple trees and dogwood shrubs for me if i cant by the tme im done with the holes?)

I'd like to build a 'fencing' of trees, and varous shrubs (with perennials for the yearly effect without any work for you guys later on)
as a 'coverl' to the house, once they mature-so regardless of what garbage ple it may have n the future driving up, here, you do not have to look at t.

ths is my goal.

in the meantime, while you look a the house, i try to make it somethng worth looking at:
this summer i wiill paint the deck, stain the ramp, build lattice on the ramp sides with climbng roses on it to hide the ramp (eventually).
and the garden....

there is only herbs, (no the legal kind!) rasberries, blueberries, and grape vine there now.. so in a few years you all should be able to go have a nble..
for Adams kids want to make the flowers,

as one so loves to pick flowers.

as I did, when was lilttle.. now i just plan them and look at them

the marsh is alive agan, (visibly), as I went for a 'walk' wth my daughter, who visited and climbed down to the culvert to photograph the marsh in macro. her love for the camera is somethng that felt good, together as she visited. to see her down there on her hands and knees, as i used to be as a child, in the flower beds... and hangng off fense posts, for a picture opportunty.)
